Chef André Buzzio is a Chef of Italian and Mediterranean origins and cooking has been in his family for generations. He prepares authentic dishes with fresh, local ingredients

Andres and Ieva are excellent hosts, a super friendly couple who made us feel at home! It's also very pleasant to watch Chef Andre cook. The food is incredible! The starters with cheese and ham are excellent and very generous. The main course we had was very high-quality duck accompanied by a unique secret sauce, very pleasant. The dessert is very unique, healthy and delicious too. Overall, a dinner prepared with heart. The menu is totally seasonal, which adds to the authentic experience.

It was one of the most impressive dinner experiences of my life, comparable to a Michelin restaurant! I recognized the unique taste of the dishes that wasn't hidden under sauces or spices. I could feel the taste of each product separately, and it was totally incredible! What I loved most: the wonderful oysters at the aperitif, the duck breast with unique quality and tenderness, the burrata dessert with caramelized plums in butter and honey sauce, and the carefully chosen cheese selection, especially Morbier and Fourme d'Ambert.
