Le Chef

Chef André Buzzio is a Chef of Italian and Mediterranean origins and cooking has been in his family for generations. He prepares authentic dishes with fresh, local ingredients

I loved it so much that I had to go back twice in a three-week span. The food was excellent both times… just amazing, truly two of the best meals I have ever had. Company and conversation were a very close second, and that warmth is what you remember. The total experience is what takes it over the top.

Lynn from Atlanta, US

It was one of the most impressive dinner experiences of my life, comparable to a Michelin restaurant! I could feel the unique taste of each product, not hidden under sauces or spices. What I loved most: the oysters, the tender duck breast, the burrata with caramelized plums, and the cheese selection—especially Morbier and Fourme d'Ambert.

Irina from Munich, Germany

I've seen many local cuisines making experience from different countries, but this is the only one that really caught my attention. The final experience was a perfect score: the atmosphere, the preparation of ingredients, and the explanations of the cooking process were all absolutely professional. I'll remember it for a lifetime!
