Begin your experience in Nice by meeting your Chef and fellow participants in a welcoming setting. Start with a welcome aperitif accompanied by charcuterie or carefully selected French cheeses, and Saint-Tropez Brut wine while the chef introduces the menu, ingredients, and traditional Mediterranean pasta techniques you will use during the class.

Move on to a hands-on cooking session where you prepare fresh pasta from scratch, learning how to mix, knead, shape, and cook dough using high-quality ingredients. The chef will guide you step by step, sharing tips, techniques, and culinary insights along the way.

Once the cooking is complete, sit down together to enjoy a relaxed dinner featuring the pasta you prepared. The experience concludes with time to eat, ask questions, and enjoy the shared meal in a friendly and informal atmosphere.

Your host, Chef Andres, has Italian roots from Como, Italy, and brings over 20 years of experience living and working as a chef across Europe. His career includes positions such as Chef in Tarragona, Spain (2018–2019), Chef at Château La Motte, France (2019–2020), Chef at Fresh à Manger in the Baltics (2020–2022), and currently Chef with Les Collectionneurs in Nice, France (2022–present).
